If you use Zecco, you can only buy AVOPD over the phone, they won't let you trade the shares electronically. However, you can effectively trade AVOPD on Etrade, Scottrade, and even Sharebuilder respectively.
Do not let Zecco prevent you from buying this shares at a cheap price. Many complains about Zecco lately, so use other brokers, and take your position.
Zecco claim they are restricting AVOP from being traded electronically because the company is not in there DTC list. Use other brokers if you must Andre.
