King I agree with part of what you are saying--LLEG has not been found guilty of fraud. But you are incorrect in stating that the SEC action was "a temporary suspension due to questions." They do not suspend first and ask questions later. While stating they are "guilty of fraud", at least at this point, is an overstatement, stating this suspension was "due to questions", is surely an understatement. As I said, Semantics.
