VSHC(.003/0037) is pleased to be able to announce today that it expects revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 to be between $1,050,000 and $1,150,000. The mid-range of the current guidance is a record high since inception and represents a substantial increase from previous quarters in 2011. Based on these figures the Company can provide further guidance regarding year end revenues for the entire year which is expected to be between $1,460,000 and $1,550,000.
