Um, no. Some of us still here bought in way before that when the company was trying to develop the software. Well things failed and thats fine. Then there was some shady stuff, before the current parties came in.
But none of that compared to the absolute ineptness that followed the 2006 appointment of SCG. The software was 'sold' for $1MM to MedLink, but no one knows where the money went. There was a failed sale of the shell to some comedy group which lived up to that wording miraculously. Then all of a sudden, 3.5 years later, you know who starts making noise that theyre buying up the float, claiming what a great share structure there is (LOLOLOL), and there's going to be a RM (actually several), but you can only get the details if you make a mysterious phone call to the IR. The SP starts growing and little blurbs are made on chat sites that a merger(s) is imminent, financials are near ready (incredibly being produced by the same company that cant explain where the SW $ went!), and all this time your hero continues to post useless information, slander and attack other posters, and dare people to call him to get the real facts. Which brings us to the present situation which we've all been told that the necessary paperwork is near done, done, about to be filed, stop me if youve heard this before.
So this joke has been running for 4+ years now and you want people to give 'ample time' for them to clear things up? Seriously? Thanks for the laugh.
