For the third quarter, Lazard's revenues grew 10%, year- over-year, to $489 million, which was higher than the $453 million consensus estimate. Earnings per share (EPS) were $0.45, which beat handily the $0.36 consensus estimate. The firm's financial advisory operating revenue was $234 million for the quarter. It grew 6%, year-over-year.
