Light DD would have revealed that a SEC suspension takes $ and time to rectify. IF and at this point that is a big if, action is being done then I can only hope we see it soon.
In a few days grey to pink? Not that I ever remember that being posted by anyone, but why would you even believe that? Shows how much you know. It is not even remotely possible for any grey to get back on pinks "in a few days." Just the finra review is up to a month, let alone finding an mm & filling out the docs needed to submit to finra. I would think that 60 days is miraculously quick for a grey to return to pink.
