md, the last time i looked at the list for area codes reserved for whatever company and field of endeavour over 257 area codes were covered, ie; taxi at 97 (my laptop is in the shop to get a new mother board) etc:etc.
and it's documented the 17 paying customers for the ticker service, like oil says there were/are paying customers.
