Perhaps I should have phrased more appropriately. "Questions". I have questions...

If the charges were not valid, the company

What charges? Have charges been filed against LLEG? I've only seen the SEC's PR stating that they have questions.

Good grief (as opposed to bad grief). Ok I'll play. Your assertion is to downplay as in nothing to prevent management from continuing to blab to the media - "it ain't nuttin but about cartoons and web pages". Why worry about a legal gag, when it's just SEC questions instead of charges?

You'll not considering the SEC questions might be of another form to management as in: You have committed fraud per the following SEC regulations... Is there any reason we shouldn't bring you up on criminal intent charges? Prove to us a good faith effort on your part it was not, clean up your act, and we'll consider issuing far less serious charges against you on this date in the future.

What we see is all projects on hold. A new accounting firm being brought in. Management no longer yaking to the media about how inconsequential the SEC charges - oops questions are. In fact they are so terrified of crossing the SEC, they have released no PR on the material event surrounding Berlin. Now does this environment fit your theory the SEC is just asking a few inconsequential questions? If so then buy buy buy! I'll wait till 0002 to try a swing trade.
