In my mind I am doing neither MB. I can just tell everyone about my experience and a CEO is not a very credible person if they had to chase a poster off an iHub board just for questioning what the company actually owns. That VERY post from him is probably part of the investigation.

Even without a huge SEC investigation, it is simply wrong and very, very suspicious to say the least.

Without an update, there is no way of knowing whether the charges against LLEG are substantial and valid or not.


If the charges were not valid, the company could asked for an injunction against the SEC action in a Fed court. So much for valid or not.

Curious what is your definition of substantial Matt? LLEG management behind bars? Massive SEC violations that falls short of criminal intent? Other?
