Thanks, Babylon, for the link. Looks exhaustive, indeed. I noticed Datek/Ameritrade partnered with a company that markets GainsKeeper, but after test-driving it, I found it almost useless for my purpose, because it does not recognize short and cover sales. Searching for them and correcting manually defeats its purpose, esp. that it costs $150 a year to use it...
