We are sharing the same struggle here. I was asking the why, to try and better understand the what. I am struggling with the dilution concept here for many reasons. Please remember that the bonus received in the first quarter, went directly toward the reduction of debt, essentially forgiving debt. If you eliminate the bonus from last quarter, then this quarters revenues will be somewhat higher then last quarter, as more COES are online, and generating revenue.

Dilution-Dilution-Dilution...............IF it is; Then now, at twos, the Dilution-Dilution-Dilution can be half what it was at .0001! So Bravo! Right? Are you HALF as dis-satisfied now as you seemed yesterday? Or, are you just not a "Numbers" Guy? Seems to me that SOME ENTITY accomplished in 20 minutes what all we "Smarter Than Management Types" have been trying to accomplish for about a year now! Whomever is afraid to gamble has no business in subpenny stocks, as you will get ulcers or Palsy or some other Nervous Conditiion. Or, you will become short tempered! Unable to accept well intentioned helpful posts and resent those trying to provide useful DD because they askk you to READ the references. Since we are all guessing; here is another possibility: The Sunoco agreement included terms which involved 1 Billion shares @ .0001 in the contract. Not any more a flight of imagination than what I have been reading here on the GERS Site! Not that I have any reason to think it true. Either! IMOO
