If GDHI is going to be domiciled in either of those states, its not good! There are NO advantages for the shareholders in investing in a company located in Nevada or Delaware. Companies domiciled in either state can get away with most anything and keep it out of the shareholders view. In fact, Nevada has absolutely no security enforcement agency at all. Not even one single person. In Delaware, even simple info, like the AS, is unavailable to shareholders. Much share holder info requires paying a fee.
If a company is domiciled in either of those states, and does stay up to date on all its SEC filings ... stay away ... or you will regret it.
