If someone woke up this morning and just looked around at stocks, they wouldn't even know what happened because there is no news anywhere of the change except a small excerpt on the OTCBB website stating the change.
A PR should be coming today if they are smart, but who knows...at least they are following the business plan they set out to accomplish...even if it has been mostly done in the shadows.
