Of course I know that and that is exactly my point. Where else in this case have you seen Paulson and Company even mentioned other than a few articles that are trying to explain the downfall? This is the first time I have ever seen them brought up and the fact they hold enough of the senior bonds to sway the case or to negotiate with the FDIC.
Did you catch the part where they are floating a term sheet that will pay the WMB Bonds? Now just why would a HF that holds WMI Senior Bonds want the WMB Bonds paid? Only one reason they would even care; they bought a bunch.
I am also sure that I believe it was E. Sergeant taking the Deposition knew it was not Paulson the TS but Paulson and Company the HF but for the deposition he needed it clarified.
