I don't recall right now but was Kosturos the only one from the Debtors that was called in for testimony by the EC during this past month? I thought BR mentioned something in court .. maybe that 5/24 hearing or the next one ... that EC was filing a motion for discovery from him? Just don't recall. Makes sense since he was the attorney in the room with the SNHs!


I'm real surprised at Gropper and Eckstein's round in the hallway!! Gropper worked really hard to avoid and evade! Wonder who was displeased with whom?

It's interesting that Rosen has additional attorneys and they are not participating. Does this mean that he sees an end in sight and needs to keep the billing up, therefore bringing in additional staff? LOL
