Harold Steven (Steve) Bonenberger (Harold/Steve) is from old Palomar as a Real Estate Agent with Palomar (on record) in Cali, and was prinicpal in Palomar Enterprises before it became Angel Acquisition. He's on that subsidiary Corp. registration (see prior posts here) in Forida with George Bloom running that micro-lending Florida piece as partner, and suddenly resigned here a few weeks ago after the Gate's folks resigned as Directors.
....all of which brought in Edwards as last man standing here.
If you own shares, you absolutely have my sympathy on Corestream/Zealous move to grey. I hope my theory on that suspension helps understand why/how it's a mess. Generally, there's more to an SEC suspension than they will state publicly. "Questions" on that deal, as they stated for cause, certainly have more meaning when that siggy block is considered. Well, at least you know I READ THE FILINGS (unlike most). It was the PR on the deal that suggested a split that MADE ME LOOK THAT CLOSE.
