You can quibble over what you think specific semantics in SEC statements mean, but again, the main point is that stocks go to the greys to die.

And, "inaccurate and/or inadequate info" in a targeted fraud sweep is not the minor bump in the road that you try to paint it as. It's ugly, no matter how you mince words.
