The company I was tracking that was part (from siggy block on the contract Ault signed and filed at SEC) of the Corestream deal back in March is Clearlite Holdings (CLRH).
They failed to file 8K and nothing in the 10-Q in March about that deal that I suspect named Clearlite as the holding company for a split with the deal giving shares back to the party. That makes sense, since Clearlite was pretty much in the process of shutdown-reboot to something new. That's possibly WHAT got the SEC's attention and got Corestream suspended. Yes, they were behind in filings, but WHAT was it about that deal that got them to suspend.
I did give a heads-up on the issue both here and one post at the Corestream board, as that kind of infraction on a 10-Q might have the DOJ looking carefully at this whole mess.
Everything since then has been a path/wake/tsunami of destruction with resignations and shutdowns and Michaels as the bag holder at here and Clearlite.
