The last time they diluted was in mid June to pay some debt. Vort talks to the company quite often and he says the shares are restricted and will be returned and canceled, but I'm not sure of that. I can tell you this, there are 151 million shares outstanding and I call the TA daily and there has been no dilution since I've been here.

The rest of your questions will have to be answered by someone else that's been here longer. I do know this, looks like the company has good products that are of interest to big pharma and they are growing nicely.

MCC seems to have a niche or specialized product that is being utilized by big pharma. Sales are accelerating, sales force/crew is increasing in size.....lots of great things going on. Best of all, they generate $$$$.
