Not true. It was ICTN that had BH named one of the top ten entrepreuers of the millenium by Washington CEO magazine. It generated millions of dollars and developed many technologies. It traded as high as 3.52 at one point.

The truth is actually that RLTR moved into the ICTN offices rent free and shared the space that already existed. ICTN acted as an incubator for RLTR.
