I am not a big time investor and this would be my first stock that has issued a Rights Offering. From what I am reading it sounds like a great deal to current stock holders. Can someone tell me what your opinion is of this offering? What are the downsides (if any?)? Thank you guys for your help! :) To me, I think I will be buying more shares :)
