PSPW has been holding this level for a while....very strong support.......many of us have been adding knowing we had solid support. BUY signal is going out.....add some news and we are back over a buck.....IMO......I think now is a good time to buy.....much more upside potential than downside at this point.....risk reward is in your favor....good luck
