Wouldn't a r/s practically destroy any long shareholders holdings that they held onto from the last 2 reverse splits? I think so. The company has stated over and over that it's focused on building shareholder value, another r/s would definitely go against their stated goal, and by doing so would lose valuable shareholder trust and respect. I think a buyback would be the right answer to increase shareholder value, as earnings would be applied to the buyback and create value by reducing the o/s and helping raise the market value and pps.
They have now fully commenced phase 1 of their revenue generating operations with the 1 billion gallons ethanol licensed and online and are moving towards their next goal of doubling that to 2 billion gallons licensed! With their high profit margin the earnings could be used to increase shareholder value with a buyback. Yet everybody is entitled to their own opinion and this is mine. Maybe you are right, but I am paying attention to where my investment here is headed.
