On Pink Sheets.com it certainly isn't a good sign to be rated as a STOP. People need to read pink sheet ratings and form their on opinion.
That doesn't really mean anything IMHO, considering that a company can avoid being downgraded simply by signing, scanning, and emailing a form for a 16 day extention. If that loop hole did not apply, many stocks that ran from .000's well into the mid .00's would have had the stop sign as well. And many did.

I do not base my opinion on pink sheet ratings b/c at first glance, you do not know how many reports the company needs in order to upgrade again and further by how many days/weeks they missed their filing dates.
These companies are not required to post anything. That is why they are pinks. If they do, consider it a gift and gamble accordingly.
