Zagg released its first-quarter financial results in May. The company reported record revenue of $27 million for the first quarter of 2011, representing an increase of 207% on a year-over-year basis. The company’s adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter was $5.4 million. It posted net income of $3.3 million for the first quarter, representing an increase of 312% on a year-over-year basis.
