Carl registered 6,077,527 shares on 7/13 to sell VSPC shares. Since the burdened was removed from VGE to pay cash to Carl and Muzi, and put on VSPC in exchange for the EXTENSION, the selling pressure is going to be EXTREME......imho.

Carl sold last month......now is registering more? The $430K Carl and Muzi get annually equals almost $35,833.33 per MONTH in CASH!

That will KILL VSPC.......and perhaps drop VGREF as well!

Proof General Biofuels website is FALSE......

I got an email from Ms. Lee earlier. I have had others as well. Ruby knowing has false info on his website, and I questioned him about it in February........in all that time he couldn't update the website?

He claims he has SEVERAL projects on the website......sort of. Terrace is the only one he is specific about, except VSPC's MOU.

Why not post about the others......instead of one you ABANDONED?

The last I heard from General Biofuels, at the end of this February, was that they were not able to secure supply in the area and have abandoned any plans to put a plant here for now.

But the man who contacted me, Ruby Sahiwal, the Chairman of General Biofuels South Africa, said the company is continuing to look for supply in other parts of Canada.

That's about all I've heard from them.

Ruby tells a reporter he CAN'T secure supply and has abandoned the PROJECT, yet the GB website say this........

General Biofuels Canada is a producer of wood pellets from sustainably harvested sources. We source our fibre from the Northern Hemlock forests surrounding Terrace, BC.

I find it hard to believe you can't find a WOOD source in Canada.........but even harder to believe that you claim you SOURCE, when you DON'T!

Carl needs to lead here.....this puts VIASPACE in jeopardy with the SEC imho, if he continues to make claims that may be false about General Biofuels......I'm not saying Carl is guilty......just saying
