How is it not apparent to you that we may have earned that label strictly by preemptively invading a third world country under false pretense and slaughtered upwards of 100,000 civilians in the process? Never mind the proven torture, the proven killings of prisoners, the proven "rendition" operations and the concentration camp we run in Cuba.
