I don't have that reference nor did I mean to imply that I ever knew this to be solid fact. I can't remember the post but someone initially said that GERS agreed to "Share" their patents with ADRN. I initially took this to mean a full open exchange of Patents and right to use. After reading some of the other responses it appears that this sharing is limited to ADRN being a first adopter licensee. If this is the extent of "Sharing" patents with ADRN I am completely satisfied. Although, I do think greater clarification is needed on the purpose of ADRN being held separately from GERS and there future relationship...etc
