I mean I never fully understood the existence of ADRN or EcoSystem. They are owned by the same person and are pursuing business in the same field. Why not have 1 company? Why is it setup so that ADRN can license out GERS Technology and GERS only get 10% of what they would get if they licensed it out themselves.

This is especially worrisome since KK owns both. He would be very inclined to License the majority of technology through ADRN because only 10% goes back to GERS.

This just isn't how you run honest businesses so to me it is a major red flag. When you combine that with the fact that the company hasn't done much to benefit investors throughout its history....... you can add it up.

I just want logical answers as to the purpose of the two companies. It would be best if they were answers that assured investors in GERS that they are safely invested in GERS's patented technology and that that technology isn't going out the back to door to ADRN and all profits going to the sole benefit of a select few.

Bravo, somebody finally get's it! ADRN will indeed have to stand on it's own two feet, and pay royalties to GERS. They will be treated as a licensee just like any other company. I think this has more to do with the bio algae, or whatever it is supposed to be. That would explain Winsnes' involvement. That would also explain the early bird special of 10%. All others are already paying 20% for COEDS, so this has to be new. This will still be a good deal for holders of ADRN, as it would become a growing company that you can get into at the bottom. Or, maybe I am all wet.
