Lets review:

I would like to add that there is no need to re-license after the pre-paid thru June 2001 is up. They are signed thru April 2017.
That means $24 Mil a year until 2017.

See page 5/6 item 17

Lets review:

1. TSTRQ owns a company called 1.4 Holdings, and they are being paid $2,000,000 a MONTH in licensing fees by One Dot Four Corp. It also says they were prepaid up until last month. IMO they are going to re-license and have that same stream of money equaling $24,000,000 a year in revenue. Remember that is only from ONE deal.

2. Thenn, it explains how TSTRQ owns 89% of the TerreStar Networks Inc. indirectly, and that it is a distinctly separate operating system and business (This is important because this means that TSTRQ can be successful without this asset). Also This is going to clear all TSTRQ's debt in relation to TSN, which will cause a major weight to be lifted off the company's shoulders allowing it to move forwards, progress, and thrive.

3. They went further to say that they expected to sell this ownership. In other words they were going to sell off the company because it was weighing them down with debt, even though they had good technology. That is why DISH was so interested, the technology. This may seem simple but it is important to note that when you sell something you own (a subsidiary like TSN for instance), and there is money left over (a gain) after the debt has been paid off, that is a positive situation for the company, whether it is paid down to the shareholders or it is invested into further operations.

In my opinion only good information has been out for TSTRQ. People need to open their eyes. Look at the financials. See what it's really all about. More info will be out soon. I am sure of it. TSTRQ is in the spotlight right now. DISH is a big company and gave this company some clout. I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch of new deals for TSTRQ with the assets they still hold and currently operate, and I would be even less surprised to see them emerge from bankruptcy and grow and expand.
