That is my, first read, take on it as well. It will only pay 10% in Royalties per the earlier adopter agreement. I will read it again later.

So ADRN can use GreenShifts patents and they only pay 10% back to GERS and they keep the other 90%? If this is truly the setup they are setting this up as a total shell while ADRN will eventually reap all the benefits. I also don't like how they have done nothing to lift the trading hold at most online brokerage firms. This will leave a ton of people holding the bag unable to sell if this goes south.

I am very happy with this companies potential and have a major investment in GERS but I am not satisfied with their ability to address these issues. I also don't understand why other investors aren't more concerned and demanding answers to these questions.
