fwiw, the guy does some high profile charity work. he gets around and this is not his rookie season in the big apple.

The Izzy Goldreich connection with MMTE/Lieberman is the reason I believe MMTE deleted the docket listing on the MMTE FB page multiple times.

There was money loaned from Reich Brothers to MMTE in 2010 - if this connection still exists it is a huge red flag!

I'm just curious why this isnt stickied at the top so people will know what they are getting into. Afterall people should be aware that their is a lawsuit going on with this company and it should be on top so people can make their own educated decision whether to move forward with this company.

If Lieberman was cancelling shares owed to someone I would think the investors should know this upfront...no matter if this suit is without merit it still should be noted to all investors upfront.....Just my thoughts on this!
