*INTC continues parabolic upsurge as it bounces off of the 10 day SMA, although Intel ended a streak of 13 green sessions yesterday, if it was to close up today, it will have closed green 21 of the past 23 sessions...

I believe this is the markets final bull surge before the resuming of the much-strong bear market becomes official and I'm not afraid to say it & stick with it.
