rl78152, no not as long as it is not to be known to any PUBLIC group agency organization printed and made PUBLIC,shown photographically. Such I think you get the IDEA,on the other hand if they even BREATH it to anybody, then they have to TELL it to all, the confidentiallity aggremant could be used as a buffer HERE,note the ANNEX "B" group would not be known as PUBLIC, they are held accountable to the CONFIDENTIALITY RULE,thus so not made public. IF the NI 43-101 is not released to US in an SEC report form quite soon then we can deduct that that REPORT is fitting into the catagory of INFO: for the EYES ONLY of the ANNEX "B" group/groups. OF course this is a safty BUFFER for LBSR & SHAREHOLDERS. NOTE: tHIS WILL BE TELLING (clue) ONE OF THEM TIMES WHEN NO NEWS IS THE best news YOU COULD EVER ASK for. lETS LOOK AT THE calandar AND SEE THE DATE OF expectancy for the NI-43-101 to be released in a timely fashion (give or take 2 WEEKS,SUMMER season Northern HEMISPHERE,SRK going FULL TILT) so say we are 3 weeks late, then 4 weeks, then 5 weeks.
