bay... lets say you go to the wmt board and say that hd is in a reversal, that is spamming. now, you can go to the hd board and say hd is in a reversal all you want, thats not spamming.... going to a board and posting about another stock is spamming, a violation of the "tos" you agreed to when you joined ihub.... this isnt the raggingbullchit site, this is ihub, and matt is one tough cookie, like he SHOULD BE!!!!
It's not the wording; it's spamming the effectively same message across multiple boards. Don't broadcast it to multiple boards and you'll be fine. You can cross-post to two boards, inclusive.

the wording's fine, as long as you don't post to more than 2 boards.. after that it's considered spamming which is against the TOU. simple. Say you are sorry, you won't do it again and carry on. First offenders get a fair hearing. Any other post will be meaningless.
