It appears Natcore has numerous solar manufacturing deals coming together. The name of the game in solar is to reduce cost and improve efficiency and Natcore sure is making progress in both by eliminating the multi million dollar ovens to process solar cells and eliminate toxic chemicals normally used in the process. Now they can manufacture at ambient room temperature and reduce the cost of silicon by 60%(by reducing thickness when ovens aren't used) along with their exclusive ability using passivation to coat with black silicon in a production line which no one else has been able to achieve experimentally yet without utilizing acids in the process.
