I will have to disagree in a Big way with your opinion, the last several mnths PPS has been in this trading Range and All those that have been buying Know this is the Bottom, therefore have been accumulating and Patiently waiting for News to come out. Timing a stock bottom is risky, fact. GL on that strategy :)
plenty of time to buy at a lot less that the current PPS, why overpay as many have been doing over the past few months
