and let's not forget those Canucklehead incorporated companies that have unlimited authorized ie MEMI & THTHF. I remember in 2001 when MEMI did a 1:900 r\s when they had 36 BILLION o\s...that was considered a lot...there is no sound business reason to have that many shares o\s IMHO...
