Very good post 74stingray.
No investor would place money into KATX based on the simple DD you provided.
The pink market is full of scams, and unless a pink company provides clarity, then it will be dumped into the scam category.

Everything you posted is substantiated and makes KATX a terrible place to speculate.

Too much money has been lost by poor speculators, and too many promises have been broken.

IMO.... KATX is NOT the place to put your speculative money...
