The initial float during the first 90 days was created by about 10 million or so of the registered shares being deposited for trading; about three million more have been added to the float since then. 90 Million is a rounded number, so figure about 87 to 88 million remain in cert form.
Remember from my previous post, a little over 60 million restricted shares of the total O/S are held by insiders including management, the large equity firm and large seed investors all pretty much holding for the longer term. So there are about 28 million shares remaining restricted and even a good portion of those investors I believe are holding for retirement dream they invested for. There's just not a lot of shareholders IMO planning to part too soon with their SMKY shares.
