First you don't know what type of merger would take place. Would it be a reverse merger or a forward merger into an existing entity. A RM would target an specified pps while the other should spec out an exchange ratio. The notion of a merger may end up being a partnership. who knows. Check the board members out this probably will tell us who is our boy(s). :)
