PURELY IMO, but a buyout is more secure (unless it's another pinky buying us out). There has been a lot of talk about major players buying MMTE out. Sure.. it's a pinky and most big companies don't want to deal w/those, but everything that's been reported in the PRs is true, then we actually have significant assets to sell, which should attract large buyers.
If we get bought out by a major company, we don't have to WORRY about production/export/etc being successful! It would be a done deal and we would be part of a bigger, well known company, traded on a BB. No speculation, no "we hope to" or "intend to"... simply a done deal.
THAT is why I would be excited to see a buyout.
