Heres what the 8k did for me:

It solidified the fact that FBC Holdings and Super Rad are now one.

I understand that the market may not get this YET but the fact of the matter is that when Super Rad CONTINUES to make profit, as they have since 2006, the market will pick it up and I will make money as these prices are extremely low.
