We are working hard trying to grow the company. Significant new contracts have been entered in the first quarter of 2011, which could double the size of the business in a very short time. In addition to the significant increase in the Company’s core security businesses, the Company has recently entered the Armored Car Marketing sector which enhances the existing core business. 8) SSHS exported 5 million dollars first party armored truck to Mexico
SSHS subsidiary, SYSTEMSgroup Global (Safeguard’s marketing group for its Latin America operations), has reached an agreement with a government agency in Mexico to take delivery on 40 units (Level 6+) armored vehicles, from Safeguard’s 21st Century Armor division (www.21stCenturyArmor.com).
Sean Finegan, Vice President, Business Development, Safeguard Products & Services Group, stated, “This is our second major order for armored vehicles into Latin America in a deal worth over $US5 million. Once this order is fulfilled and shipped, an additional 50 units are being discussed for shipment to the same agency.” Finegan added, “We are not able to disclose any further specifics or details on the transaction for security reasons.”

The primary focus is camera surveillance technologies supporting facial recognition as a key element of the surveillance initiative.”

17) Safeguard Unit Provides Security Services to New Gables High-Rise
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE,April 18, 2011)-- SSHS's subsidiary, SGI Protective Services, has entered into an agreement to provide security services to one of Dallas’ newest Uptown residential towers. Gables Residential (www.gables.com) and Granite Properties co-developed the $200 million, 2.2-acre mixed-use development in Uptown comprised of two high-rise towers. Park Seventeen (www.parkseventeen.com) includes 362,000 square feet of office space developed by Granite in one tower and 292 luxury Gables residential apartments in the other.
