No one would have to sign anything sold off in any type seizure...

Pemco, LLC. doesn't show up in the Kansas company ledger or as having any ownership interests for any amount in the Kelso or West Ball leases...

That West Ball Lease may have been an early lease pr'd by ALRY early on that they never mentioned again for some reason...

Makes you wonder if that particular lease has some problems that hamper transfer and/or using it...LJ

FWIW, its hard to remember the different Lease names you run across because ALRY has many showing and had some that no longer show up...
