I'm no lawyer & don't play one on TV either,...

But that would seem to my layman's eye to be a finely crafted, seriously incriminating, and hard to dispute document.

If ever I get a chance to personally meet any of Mr. Sussman's team, or any EC member former or present - I'll owe them a fantastic dinner.
