How do we prove that our shares of HNSS give us partial ownership to the patents? We have to ensure that Black can't run away with the patents while selling the HNSS shell for $2.6MM dollars (about the value of the MedBio sale + any websales).
I feel like if Black doesn't get his "majority" of shares signed to him at .01 then he will just say the deal fell through, wait a couple weeks and try another tactic to get our shares.
I've spent a LOT of time and money on HNSS (as you and others have) and deserve to be compensated equally and fairly for my stake in EVERYTHING HNSS is worth. Not just the parts that Black doesn't want for himself.
