You probably have something there with that line of reasoning. For several weeks I have been thinking having a Chilean part owner of CLIL who happens to work mining law for the same law firm could be a clever way to expedite things in Chile.
we both agree that they did it to bypass the law in a legal manner as seen in those legal docs to have a chilean citizen partner with W.L own a 0.1% stake in the company so that MMTE can grow with it's subsidiary that is now state owned in CHILE :)
DrozdDawg...You have a very interesting point! Juan Paulo Bambach Salvatore is a member of the law firm that Mammoth is using to litigate their transactions. Makes me think they have put their heads together and come up with an "Iron-Clad" way to circumvent the Chilean mining restrictions! This is great news because that gives Mammoth a huge edge over competitors and makes them very attractive to large investors like Mitsubishi!!! Geez if they do this right...MMTE will be a behemoth in the Lithium biz!
