I'm not concerned at all. I just believe that we wont hear anything tomorrow. I believe tomorrow will be in chambers for the full day. A delay is likely so the judge can examine new facts (Stern, ANICO, IT, and valuations to name a few).

We'll see - but I am always wrong.
