Does AMY have Kemetco tied up through patents or agreements to maintain some exclusivity to this process?
If not, is there a risk that their technique gets sold to all producers and drives down the price? If Kemetco can get low grades extracted for AMY at $.44/lb, why not everyone else? Are there other structural costs in China or is it that this process does not apply to high grade production?
